Nationwide-Online offers Dialup Service based on an "All You Can Eat" policy. This means we don't limit the amount of time you use the net. When you want to use the Internet, you can dialup and use it. Its not charged like a long distance call, and your monthly bill won't be more if you are logged on each day. Now with any good thing, some people will try to take advantage. Lets just say, if you want to stay connected all the time, you should be using the Dedicated Service. Our All You Can Eat policy is similar to the All You Can Eat restaurant buffet. When you go to eat, you can eat as much as you like, but you can't sit in the restaurant after lunch and wait for dinner. You can't sleep there overnight and have breakfast. When you are done, you get up and leave. As you can imagine, our phone lines alone cost more than your monthly fee. Add to that the equipment on the line and the bandwidth costs, not to mention customer service, insurance, etc. That means you either have to share the line with other people, or we have to raise rates, or you will need to find another provider since we will obviously not be able to remain in business. You don't like busy signals, and neither does anyone else. So we ask this of you - If you aren't using the service, please hang up so someone else can. If you are going to walk away from the computer, its probably the right time to hang up. Feel free to dial right back up when you come back to use it. You can dial 50 times a day if you like. Use it as much as you like. But if you want dedicated service, then be honest and buy it.
